Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care will cost before your visit. Under the No Surprises Act, Run It Back PT will provide a written Good Faith Estimate to all self-pay patients prior to their first appointment. If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute it. For more information, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
